The Reason The Supreme Court Rejected The Exclusion Of Trump From Running For The Presidency Of America

The Supreme Court in the state of Michigan in the United States rejected an attempt to remove the name of former President D.Trump from the Republican primary ballot in preparation for the upcoming American elections based on a constitutional prohibition clause
It is generally expected that Trump will be re-elected despite the possibility of renewed efforts to prevent his candidacy in the general elections.
This judgment was discussed with the ruling of the Supreme Court in Colorado earlier, which ordered the removal of Trump's name from the preliminary ballot in the state due to his role in the events of the Capitol riot, a decision that has been suspended pending appeal
In light of these decisions, the expected appeals before the Supreme Court will become more important.
Contrary to Colorado, the legal challenge in Michigan has never reached trial
